Wolfe Street Foundation has two openings for Americorps VISTA positions. These positions will start 1/22/2019 or at later date if position not filled. College graduate over the age of 21 is preferred.
What are the benefits?
AmeriCorps members are given a living allowance, health care, childcare (if applicable), and become eligible for the Segal AmeriCorps Education Award upon successful completion of the program. Members are encouraged to take advantage of the experience, support, and resources of the Wolfe Street Foundation staff and non-profit community.

Resource Development VISTA
The Resource Development VISTA will have a priority function to build our organization's capacity of donors and volunteers, this VISTA will help our community better support people struggling with addiction, including people with opioid use disorder, and persons in recovery. The member will maintain a database of opportunities and report to executive management. The VISTA will also assist in other fundraising events and community outreach opportunities throughout the community which will create sustainability for WSF through restricted and unrestricted funding.
Recovery Education VISTA
To expand upon current Wolfe Street Foundation recovery efforts and programming to reach at-risk youth and persons 18 and older in low-income areas. By building our organization's capacity to reach low-income persons, you will assist in preventing addiction to alcohol and opioids and ensure persons who are currently struggling with addiction get connected with support services..
