GLITZ AND GLAMOUR FOR A GREAT CAUSE
On behalf of the foundation's Executive Director, Joy Reynolds and Red Carpet Gala Co-Chairs, Alfred Williams and Ellon Cockrill, a heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped make this year's gala our most successful ever!
We are especially grateful to Congressman French Hill for his thoughtful speech on the critical need for peer-led substance abuse programs in our community and to Little Rock Mayor Frank D. Scott, Jr. for proclaiming February 23, 2019 to be Wolfe Street Foundation Day in the City of Little Rock! It certainly felt like our day!
Thank you to every member of our amazing community of supporters.

We are pleased to announce an exciting change to the Wolfe Street Foundation’s annual February fundraising event. The Oscar Watch Party served us well for 20 years, but this year we are moving the party to a Saturday night! Please join us for the Wolfe Street Foundation’s Red Carpet Gala on Saturday, February 23rd. We are keeping your favorite features—formal attire and paparazzi photos, red boxes, awesome auction packages, and a lot of inspiration—but with no commercial breaks! We hope that our loyal Oscar Night attendees will continue to support the Wolfe Street Foundation by joining us for this new event with dinner, dancing, and music provided by The Zac Dunlap Band. We hope the move to Saturday night will bring in many new supporters as well. With a new Executive Director and a growing team, we have a lot to share and a lot to celebrate. Please join us!
In 1982, Wolfe Street Foundation was formed to support and manage the Wolfe Street Center, which serves as an oasis of recovery for thousands of problem drinkers and others ravaged by substance addiction each year. With your support, we can continue to provide facilities, education, and outreach to those in recovery, those seeking recovery, and their loved ones. As the public health crisis that is alcoholism and addiction continues to escalate, we need your support more than ever.
