On Tuesday, May 27, the Wolfe Street Foundation will
host its 12th Annual Wolfe Street “Night at the Rep”
at the Arkansas Repertory Theater.
A VIP reception will be
held at 6 p.m., followed by this year’s production,
“Fire on the Mountain,” at 7 p.m. This poignant,
passionate new musical about the lives of
Appalachian coal miners features the uniquely
American art form of bluegrass music which gained
popularity from the film ”O Brother Where Art Thou.”
All proceeds will benefit
the Wolfe Street Foundation, Inc., which owns and
operates the Wolfe Street Center, a meeting place
for recovering alcoholics, their families and loved
ones affected by alcoholism. Alcoholism is
insidious in the lives of 60 to 70 percent of the
people we know. It is of the utmost importance that
these persons have a place to go for recovery,

grants and stands on its own through private
contributions and proceeds from events such as the
Annual Night at the Rep.
