The 12th Annual Wolfe Street Golf
Scramble at War Memorial on Saturday, September 29th was a
tremendous success thanks to enthusiastic supporters, a
beautiful day in the State of Arkansas and golfers having fun.
A delicious lunch was provided by Purple Cow. The first
place men’s team was captained by Tim Hogan and first
place women’s team by Kay Billingsly. Congratulations!
The National Institutes of Health, (NIH)
estimates that one of every ten Americans has alcohol abuse
problems. For each one abuser, 5 – 6 persons are affected.
This means 60 – 70% of your friends, co-workers and family
members are affected. It is of utmost importance to ensure
these persons have a place to go for recovery. For a full story
of services offered in addition to information for who benefits,
check out the rest of our website.
Thank you for your support for the
12th Annual Wolfe Street Golf Scramble and please join us next
year on September 27th at the War Memorial Golf Course for the
Annual Golf Scramble. Take a look online at the pictures taken
the day of the scramble. Hope to see you next year.
Sincerely,
Mike Moore, Chair Wolfe Street Golf Scramble
